Rep Power: 277 old school way in japan was to losen your bolts and at high speeds it tilts down like that and the speed camera's cant identify your car. its like your driving aghost car on the highway and they cant do anything about it. like some places in japan have these tolls to get into the highways and u pay like $30 american money and u get to go on the highway as much as possible and the best thing about it. no cops. but in the early mornings its closed or something cause of commute. or something. i wanna goto japan.

Rep Power: 322 Yes, in Japan a lot of tuner cars either had those installed or had the plates themselves bent so that they were harder to read. Normally just the front ones, because thats where most cameras were aimed.
