I had the silverstars in mine, and when I did the black headlight conversion I noticed that the upper part of the headlight was getting too hot and actually getting burnt. I wouldnt want that to happen with the HID's
But from your experience with them, do they run hot, hotter then OEM ?

The bulb burns at a higher temperature though
