On the Car and Driver TV show, they said that GM killed the camaro wich was faster, cheaper, handled better and looked alot better. The GTO body is a old chasis from Australia, they threw GTO on the seats gauges and body and figure they can sell it for a ton of dough I guess. Are you gonna wire loom the whole engine compartment, please don't?

Yeah, but the GTO is a huge step forward in quality and refinement. The GTO's only problem is its weight; which seems to be an ongoing trend with most manufacutrers today.

I love these cars, but I always wondered why they only run high 13's, or around 14 flat stock? That's a nice engine. Is it just heavy or something?

its 3725 and does 0-60 in 5.3 whereas the corvette same ls1 engine does 0-60 in 4.7 because its 500lbs lighter
