probably just a rex. i thought about picking one up, but then i decided i wanted a truck instead. haha.

you can find a rex for like 800-900 running, wont look the greatest but its only 800.

For $4000, if I just want a car that's already fun to drive without any modifications & looks good, I would buy a 92-96 Prelude Si or the previous generation Toyota MR2.

all you guys cept one are so focused on honda lol, he said he want's something fast, a 1000 dollar honda wont be too fast, despite it's potential...

Buy a used dodge spirit turbo. 4 doors, fwd, and boosted. Thing hauls some major ***. That car would be fun, talk about sleeper.

to spend a grand.. hmm I would purchase a 90's integra could be 93 up but thats what I would start with again if knew what I did now back when I first got one.

Oh oops. Yea, I read it wrong. I thought it was $4000. For $1000, CRX Si would be a great choice of car to buy.
