I personally saw an 04 civic with hids. I realized them as I drove past him in that racing stage. You know when you see another 7th gen you get the temptation to see what he got under the hood.I get to the light first and look back realizing theres a bright blue glare on his reflectors or those were special lights. It was sunny out. He pulls up and I say Are your lights on. He says no there HIDS. Got mine from a maxima( he claims he spliced the wires )
I'm about to go talk to my boy and see if he can give me his maxima hids and report his stolen. They were stolen once before.

Sick **** even in the day
