Eyelid Painting $$$

hey, i just bought some eyelids for my 01 civic ex..its a ssm civic and i was wondering how much it would cost to paint these pieceS? perhaps i should do it myselF? ur help with be greatly appreciated,

best thing to do i think... get everything you want painted and paint it all at the same time. it'll be cheaper in the end.

I have seen graphic shops wrap them with the vinyl sticker that matches the car but if you want to do it right get it painted. Like abmerop18 said it shouldn't cost more than $40-50. Macco will paint them supper cheap and you can have them use their prenium paint and you will prolly get back in a day or so.

but maaco doesn't color match all that well.

you can do it your self, not that hardn
It wont match your body colour 100%, but it doesnt show from distance

I cant believe you recommended macco.

Honestly though, Depending on what shop you go to, the price will vary. The best thing to do is call honda body shop and ask them if they are painting any car the same color as you want you eyelids painted, and if they are, ask if they will also paint those pieces while they paint the car. Most likely they will do it for $10 or so. Cause the paint will already be mixed.

Othertimes, when you go to a shop, they have to get the paint all mixed up and what not and just to do eyelids, they will charge you around $50 for that, which I think is too high IMO.
