I been workin on my newest project. attempting to pull 230 + whp outa this little celica motor N/A
picked these up finally and now we've started workin on puttin it all together.
by october it should be back out to the track and we should have some great dyno #'s

mmmm ITB's...
I can use GSXR (yes the motorcycle) ones on my car....not very daily usable though.
Are planning on using the car daily with those?

nope all stock internals, read his profile. New ecu and clutch, i just think its funny because my good friend has the similar mods and a 50 shot and runs 13.4s with DR's. But yet he runs 13.7s on a pretty much stock, except ecu GTS, go figure

I just dont see how this guy claims to be "the fastest N/A celica on the web" but doenst have **** done except clutch and ecu.
But this might be a motor he's building on the side and thus, hasn't been given a proper mod's list.

He posts them all in the street/track forum, sooo Im sorry if you say he doesnt run what he does. he is hitting high 13's., however hes going to need alot more than that to hit 12's

you still have much to learn young grasshopper.
1) check closely at his timeslips
it says California Speedway (1200 ft elevation) I ran at Carlsbad (now shut down but it is a sea level track
)
2) you forget that my car weighs less then his he's at 2500 I was at 2250
3) what must really **** you off is that I had 172 whp that day cause it was a baseline run. I never ran with the 183 whp cause it was just a stepping stone mark
4) and yes, I'm not simply throwin on the ITB's and wishin for the best.
and comparing my car to some nitrous times still holds me as the fastest N/A on those websites. I appreciate that you took a lil more time to make a somewhat informed arguement this time. Ya gotta remember the details though. I was there with thomas when he ran that time so you're preaching to the wrong person
some more little facts for ya .. Not only will I be makin more power, I'm setting it up to hit peak power between 9500 - 10,000 rpms
and my profile is far from updated
the car will hit 12's just like when I said it would hit 13's and everyone said impossible. I've also told ya to feel free to either stop by sometime or send someone you trust to stop by. I ALWAYS post when I'll be attending track days and people have taken me up on that. I dont mind

I will be at california speedway on November 13th. I know djmota and a few others might be there as always. I ran a 14.0 the day thomas ran his 13.7 there and if you search the celica boards there was 25 - 30 mph head winds
which you can clearly see on the vids. I know I have my 14.0 but I'm gonna go check right now to see if I have his 13.7 on there.

those are the mods he has had, he hasn't updated it yet I don't think.

for anyone else actually interested lol I will keep the thread updated with pics as we go.
I have a new fuel pump in, valves/springs in the garage waiting to go in, a spare head that we are doing a PnP on, got the itbs (they arent for the celica cause noone has those lol so the custom fab stuff is being made right now), upgraded oil pump is on its way, new tach should be here next week, custom header is almost finished, custom exhaust is also almost finished being produced (very lightweight), alcohol injection is setup but I dont know if were gonna use it to make power or just make the car run less knock(or if it will be used at all).
before alcohol 13.5:1 a/f with alcohol 7:1 lol still workin out nozzle issues lol
still need a couple sensors and other odds and ends. tranny is still on its last leg so this may finally put it to rest lol. theres an experimental straight gear tranny in the works so I may get it. $2500 - $3000 is a grip for a tranny though lol

the man can drive and that s no lie. I saw the 14.0 run with the typical csw head wind. He dusted a 8cyl hot rod that day...and others. I'll probably be there in Nov.

for the wind ?????????? I know that judging by previous runs at csw that I lost .2 at the 1/8 thanx to the wind. I'm guessing .4 lost total that day minimum.
