Just Dyno'd
i juz dyno'd my car today @ turbo tech in WA. i got 2 runs 4 the price of the 1. you wont believe wut i got on the dyno. A whoppin 101.0hp n 90.4 ft.lbs.
That wit :AEM SRI, Greddy EVO cat-back, DC header, n V-AFCII(not tuned because mechanics there said its not recommended wit juz simple bolt ons). i felt that my car would have made alittle bit more people than that, but hey wut can u expect 4rm a automatic. Juz alittle info for u guys....wont have the dyno sheet on forum cuz i dont have a scanner but i'll try other method 2 get it on so u guys can see it. thanx

your post is hard to comprehend, but the jist of it is:
you got 101 WHP and 90.4 Ft-Lb Tq.
That's probably about right for what you have AND if you have a DX/LX, but you have an EX, so get the VAFC2 tuned and you should be up around 105-110WHP.

Stock FWHP, but not WHP. WHP a stock EX is said to be somewhere in the 105-110's and the dx right around 100. With the bolt ons he has, and an auto tranny...I dunno, I gotta outa this performance thing a long time ago but all I know is that I need a newer faster car...beacuse those numbers **** me off. LoL.
i dunno wut type of dyno was it, never asked. I could have tuned the V-AFC II but i decided not 2 for the cost. i still got more thing 2 put on it like fuel pressur regulator, NOS, n couple of other things so i juz wanted a base run n see where i was at....n its is a EX.....i had 2 runs on the dyno. the 1st run i got 98.6hp n 93.5ft. lbs thats 4rm 50mph n then gunnin it. The other i 1 posted earlier was left n 1 gear n revved all the way 2 redline. which had a smooth line 2 it compared to the other 1 at 50mph.
ok, correct me if I'm wrong ... rims make a difference on a dyno. Not on a dynapak (dyno's your hubs, with rims off) ... but dynojet's they do ... and mustang dyno's.

*sigh* Several hundred dollars and hours of work for five horsepower AFTER tuning.
It's about time to start saving for a new car.

Dyno + near stock Civic = ghey.
Why did you waste your money? Also, you said they gave you 2 runs for the price of one? Does that mean you got 6 pulls? Most shops here give you 3 pulls per $50-60.

yeah the vafc will help some on the ex so i say get it tuned after you get some more mods, cause if your gonna run nitrous your gonna have to get it retuned anyway. and the FPR isn't gonna do you anygood cause of the returnless fuel system unless you convert it, oh and i think at a certain extent big rims could bring down your dyno numbers cause of the inertia from having to rotate the larger size wheel, but nothing that large of a drop. It does make a diff. when you actually running the car on the street though.
expect 3whp and 1lb/ft of torque with and i/h/e on a 7thgen civic ex. this is what all of the tests by dc sports/aem have shown.
also, can someone help me with this --- why would one get lower hp on the dyno with an automatic vs. a manual???
