How would it not make a difference? A standard (non BHP or Dynopak) dyno measures HP based on how quickly a car accelerates the "Roller".

Smaller and/or Lighter rims = Quicker Acceleration thus Better Dyno Numbers.
Bigger and/or Heavier rims = Slower Acceleration thus Worse Dyno Numbers.

To get true numbers find a dynopak or a dyno that gets BHP.
