No we don't know anything what you are saying all speculation and rumor. Nothing actual is known. The only thing you are correct about here is that the 2006 model is the redesign year and will be out somewhere around late august of 05. Now would a mod please lock this damn thread?

Rep Power: 273 Honda's always been "fuel economy first, power second". I think they're gonna integrate more and more of the hybrid electric components onto the existing engine, just that the only diff is it won't be as obvious to you when you're driving one.
As for looks, I dunno, they're probably gonna be more eggy I'm afraid, I did like the minor face lift from the '03 to the '04 so who knows, maybe Honda will scrap together a pleasing look for '06.

Master if you don't like peoples threads don't reply to them its not required to reply to every thread you see. Especially if you are going to put everyone down. Nobody else on this site goes in and disses people because they have a question weather it be stupid or not. Just answer the question dude.

The newly redesigned civic will come with a 1.8L SOHC engine available in both manual and automatic drivetrain. New for 2006 are projection headlights and a free-flowing exhaust system for improved performance and lower emissions. The interior receives a face lift as well, with optional leather and trim panels.
The civic Si will return as a coupe for 2006, due to poor sales of the older model hatchback version...
