selling the civic...

hey all,
i will be getting a 2004 volkswagen gti 1.8t within a couple weeks and i need some help deciding how much to sell the 'vic for.

thanks for the input!

here are the details with all the major mods i've done:
2002 civic ex
23,000 miles
tein basic coilovers
15'' rota slipstreams with falken ziex 512's
i/h/e + revo short shifter, altezza grill, and a bunch of other little things

Anyone notice the trend to sell the 7th gens at around 30k? I see tons of them for sale with low mileage. Always wonder why, but then again....

ya hes right most people sell them around 30k. Im not getting rid of my in 5 thousand miles I love it too much! speed isnt everything..

thanks for all the compliments. i think most people just get bored with their 'vics after a while and just want to move on to something bigger and better.

as for parting out, it depends on whether i sell the car to one of my friend's or not. if not then i will put the parts up for sale on the "for sale" forum.

how does $10,500 sound for a private sale?

That car is really clean...
You may miss it!
I know some VW techs that say the biggest problem with them is the wiring. Hope you don't run into any electrical problems, otherwise they're nice rides.
