Saying goodbye to my civic
Well today I just learned the tragic news that my dad now gets my 04 civic with 18inch volks, and a killer sound system wich constists of....650 pioneer deck, boston z's, boston 95 rear speakers, eclipse 12 alumin sub, jl audio 500/1 and 300/4. And a greddy evo 2 and also neuspeed tie bar. Yes thats right all of this is now gone and im stuck with a 96 corolla with no clutch.
But why you ask... Well my dad put half down on my car and I would have to pay the rest off. The conditions were to get a b in every class. Well this whole year I have been stuggling with german class. My teacher was the biggest **** in the world. Bassicly I tried harder than I ever have in any other class and he knows that. He decided to fail my by 1 point. This bassicly ruins my life, seeing how I probly wont get into collge and I have no car.
Just thought Id share the sadests day of my life with you guys......

Rep Power: 0 thats sucks man. i had a 5 speed corolla at one time in my life. slowest car i have ever owned. depending on the infor u need. check out www.vvti.net. or a junk yard for a new clutch.

Thats nothing... You just failed one class... I have failed multiple classes multiple times! Guess how pissed my parents are at me for doing that? I've also been kicked out of a University...
My suggestion, study harder and when you're in a position to renegotiate (probably after you got all A's), work out another deal.

Thats jacked, if you passed all your other class who gives a care. lol Tell your parents well then I guess I have to take my wheels off the civic, and hide your old steeles. They will give the civic back to you . =)
Yeah some parents are really strict. Mine used to be like that until my grades got lower, then they sort of focused less on my academics and watched over my older sister's academics. But they know I just 'lack motivation' and that if there's something I really want, I can bring up my grades to get it. One of the reason why they let me buy a brand new car for my first car was because I did years of hard work (grades and volunteering) before getting one.

Get over it! You should be VERY thankful for having a FREEEEEE car for as long as you did. I bet if you paid for it, and then your parents threatened to take it if you got bad grades, you'd try harder to make sure you didn't lose the car. I don't mean to sound insensitive....just sounds like you didn't appreciate it. And I'm sure German is very hard to learn.
Don't get me wrong....I would have LOVED if my parents bought me a NEW car...and maybe all the mods for it too, but I just feel that I appreciate all that I have because I worked hard and bought it myself.

i paid my car myself, no ifs and buts. i had no choice and they can't tell me what to do. on your case, just go around the issue, im sure parents will eventually give up and you can get it your way. if they are one of them for the lack of better terms "****" parents then hah! i feel bad for you dude. better get your *** working hard to pay for your car loan yourself, and say:
fvck yall i can do it myself.

werd, when u pay for your own car, u take a nlot better care of it. ive paid for my last 2 cars....and man i cleaned them and took care of 'em like no other. mods were all me too. not trying to be a ***** either but u know...at least you still got a free car an ddon't gotta worry about not eating lunch three times next week to make your car payment. =T such is life i guess. otherwise....put a supercharger and that bizatch and gun it!

Rep Power: 0 BassKadett, I had it for 3 months, I do have a part time job and I pay monthly for it, and I did pay for all of my mods. The thing that sucks the most is I went to extra help like 3 times a week, and Did all of this extra credit stuff, stayed after school for stupid activites...now i would never ever do this, but I wanted to pass and keep my car. The teacher still had the nerve to fail me even when he knew that I was trying my hardest. It was bassicly just such a waste of time............
^^Well then.....props to you for trying your damndest to get a passing grade and for working to pay for your car!! Sucks that your pen15 of a teacher still failed you tho. Maybe you can make it up to your parents somehow and prove to them that you really did try and you will never let it happen again. GOOD LUCK MAN!!!
Cocky......my parents always pulled the "if you live in my house, you live by my rules" card, so that was my reasoning. They threatened to park my first car (which I paid a whoping $600 for...lol) if I didn't keep my grades up.

Rep Power: 368 My parents bought me a Sunfire first year of university (kind of a late high school grad present). Right as I graduated my dad gave his company back the company car then rewarded my earned Bachelor of Science by taking my Sunfire away so he could drive it. I then bought it back within the next year....then traded it in for the EL which I currently drive.

Rep Power: 0 you will get into a school i failed German class after 2 weeks and just stoped going to class in hs. i have no credits for any language (the 2 credits of language is a lie many schools dont even care if you have them) also i was in the lower half of my class and i had like a 2.5 gpa at the end of my 11th and 12th grade and still got into a great school and only had a 25 on my act. and now im majoring in psyc and minor in philosophy.
fact is its eazyer to get into college then people think no worries plus if you dont get into the school you want to start give it a year make sure you dont fail any of the classes and are above a 2.7 and just transfer to one you want that is how lots of people get into madison without making it right outa highschool where im from.
