what to do, what to do...

i'm looking to do my first real modification... outside of throttle linkage adjustment and clear headlights...

i'm thinking about holding off on suspension... i really want to do a full coilover, but i can't decide on which coilover is the best, i know tein is great, but pretty expensive. D2 is now starting to get more popular, B+G, i don't know. i might wait it out and see who comes out on top for best value.

so i'm thinking rims or exhaust. i found 15" and 16" rota slipstreams (bronze) for under $400 before shipping. 12 lbs rota rims beat stock steelies with hubcaps anyday. tires come mounted and balanced for another $275 shipped.
and as for exhaust... i'm thinking skunk2 mega power catback ($439), or GReddy Evo ($439ish)... i hear both have a less ricey sounding exhaust and add decent power, as far as exhausts go... since the exhaust is cheaper than the rims and tires, i might also get a revo short shifter too.

so what do you think?

if i were you, wheels/suspension first. im assuming you use your car for street driving getting to places here and their right? i say wheels and suspension because thats what makes the car look real clean n nice. i heard stories about exhaust not giving so much power unless you have a full exhaust set-up (headers/hi-flow car/catback/etc?) but the skunk2 catback sounds real nice. i heard it before and its not that loud.. like zell said "its more of a kitty back" with nice sounds to it. Greddy evo sounds real deep, i dont like the canister/muffler... its huge and shiny.. it WILL attract attention from the unwanted .
as for full coilovers, hayame has had been given a bad reputation lately due to unsatisfied customers and faulty design. if your willing to take the risk of $650 into a product that satisfy's some people, that may be the choice (budget wise). if not, B+G = guarantee to satisfy your needs/wants. D2 = not sure, havent heard much word on those. probably because their exspensive?

i pay more attention to making my car look nice then trying so hard to perform well in the line.
