Anybody recoginze this ride? It's pretty sick. I really like the fender flares.

The car has a freaking roof scoop!
Why a freaking rice scoop?
I hope its an air vent, but then again he/she doesn't drive a STI Spec C.
I think the car needs wider rear wheels to fill in all the space made by the fender flares.
