Rep Power: 334 haha yea, all of the panels have been taken out at one time or another. My mom has a heart attack when she sees the majority of the parts that belong in my car, are inside our house. lol

u got tan headliner, black plastic panels.....like a ghetto rigged in dash lcd.... ghetto rigged cd insert in center console.... the headunit up top is kinda ok.. but still why? why not get a indash dvd etc and have evrything controlled from one din unit.. instead of wasting the glovebox/centerconsole/roof space/and both din units..
im sorry im normally nice but ****... its looking fugly as ****. if u wanted a dark interior buy a diff year w/ diff options...

Rep Power: 334 Well, i didnt have money at the time, and custom is the way i went. As for interior, it is incomplete. I plan to get blue carpeting, finish dying the doors with silver inserts, and a silver headliner.
Eh, the LCD and DVD is a bit ghetto rigged. But i live in Phialdelphia, not the safest city around. So the DVD being consealed inside the Glove box is a major plus to me. The screen was only 100 bucks and can be taken out anytime.
Where do you see black plastic panels? mostly everypanel is dyed DARKBLUE.

Wow man. That looks like total crap. Sorry to hate, but it looks like some kid put it together.
And what's up with the HU in the roof? Looks like the face is just kind of glued there. Is it even functional up there? And is the rest of the stereo in the center console? That's total crap.
But hey, it's your car. If you like what you've done to it, that's all that matters.

Rep Power: 334 Yea seems like to the biggest complaint is the ghetto rigged screen. Whenever I get some time and money, I will experiment with some fiberglassing.
Yes the faceplate IS functional. If you look at the picture it is ON, and all of its buttons work.
Anyone know how much a custom colored Vinyl headliner runs? ballpark figures?

Rep Power: 0 is the whole deck upon the roof or did you extented some wires some how? I like your setup its just not show like YET.... you need to get custon housing where everything is right now .. and it will be fine.. just put work into it makeing look clean.. but your getting there.. please update me .. when u got it looking sick.. use fiberglass or wood type housing with black carpet around it.. dont worry is gett ing there

Rep Power: 334 The faceplate is extended via wires. THe actualy Headunit is beside the E-brake. Maybe ill make a nice cover for that one day so you cant see it.
okay, in theory, i think you have good ideas. the way you executed them just sucked tho, to be totally honest.
let me start with good:
trunk looks very nice, I really like it, good job.
and the rest:
-coloring the panels a dark blue, okay, leaving ur seats in beige cloth and leaving anything else beige just looks like ***. the way i would suggest fixing that is to change the headliner or die it or SOMETHING (incorporate the headunit this way also) and as for the seats, I would do a custom leather. Maybe a dark blue and an accent color if you wish.
-the headunit location, interesting, but like i stated above- incorporate it better. as for the ghetto rigged electric taped heaunit deck in the center console, wow that looks awful. not sure how to help fix this but make it so, one you cant see it, and two, you dont see the electric tape.
-the lcd screen- you already stated you wanted to do something custom for that so thats not much else i can say- except do it quicky
