wreck; walmart carts, part 2

First off, for those of you who werent aware, there was a walmart cart in the middle of a major highway about 2 weekends ago and i hit it....hard

Anyway, Im happy to announce that I found out today that Walmart will be covering and paying for all damages to my 04 magnesium

i filed a claim with walmart and they deal with a third party company, i didnt deal with walmart directly. anyway, they found the cart in the highway to be negligence on walmart's part. i'm just very thankful that it was taken care of and that i didnt have to turn it in to my insurance. i didnt want to shell out $500 for a deductible and have my rates raised....again...thank you God
