unique
I am saving up for aem v2 and i was looking at revo short shifter last night, because i decided to buy both. this morning a kid i know tells me he already has a v2 on the way as well as a short shifter. Now i want something unique so i have decided to get the v2 painted or powder coated and i just wanted to know a reliable place i could send it for this to be done.
Oh yeah also about hpow much do you think that would cost?

Honestly when it comes to modifying cars, unless you can fabricate the items yourself you wont have many unique things on your car....
Sure occasionally someone comes up with a cool idea, but soon everyone will bite the idea and copy it and such and blah and it wont be unique anymore...so slap on the parts you bought, and just do what you think you would like with the car. If it ends up looking like your friends car so be it, you like it your over it. have a nice day.
lol hey that pic was for a project maaan.
anyways i didnt mean for my statement to be that harsh, what i mean was for him to just get the parts that he really wants and stop worrying about the exclusiveness of his mods. civics are really common and aftermarket parts a mass produced, so it is getting harder and harder to be unique in the import civic world.
moral of the story i guess... is just do what you want.

oh iam in total agreence its just by coincidence that i was just thinking of getting that and he already had it on his way, a little spite and the fact that if i gfet it now it looks like i just copied
and besides that a red v2 would be worth it because i dont have a license for 3 months and i have time to send it away
