I am stilll thinking on the rear lip. Its down to a JDM Type R rear skirt or C-West side fins with the lines on the C-West fins filled in. I dont know which one, but my biggest concern is the exhaust melting the lip because of the angle it sits on.
And those lips and shinny device in my avatar belong to Guage, I would show the whole pic but I dont want to get banned.

sweet ride... the nicest Type S around where I am is one with a 500 million pound system, front lowering springs only (the back sags enough already) and 19" ACE chrome dub-du-dub-DUBS
gotta love good ole AC.
anyway.. i think you should go another 1/2" lower and turn the shocks a bit stiffer... not too much, but just enough to seal the tire gap and not harsh enough to shatter your spleen. that way it'll shut up the critics and the stiffer shocks may keep the lower ride from hitting anything. and about the rear lip, get a CF diffuser... that way it solves the "complete kit" problem without going for an agressive driveway scraper and will give you something unique and completely friggin' amazing.
