i am considering doing the DIY for the VTEC light. is it worth the time? is it that cool. here is the thing i bought my car used and i dont have an owners manual so i dont know how to take out the glove box. can some one help me? also i am embarassed to ask what vtec does. i am an engine buff so you dont have to baby talk it to me. another thing. what is yalls definition of rice?

E-VTEC = pointless

VTEC LIGHT = well...pointless

VTEC LIGHT is nothing more then to make the person driving the car look "cool" to his buddies in the car. When you shouldn't be winding out gears anyway with people in the car.

That's ricey to me. If u need a light to know when VTEC kicks in, then you don't need to be driving a VTEC car.

please dont. if you want some cool looking electronics in your car, invest in an VAFC II or something of that sort that will actually serve a purpose other than to flicker a light

I just completed the DIY for the VTec Light, Personally I think it will look tight in my car because I am goin to have green all in the inside ( lights )so I picked green for the LED color, anywho I put 2 LEDs on both sides of the Ciggarette lighter it looks pretty sweet and it's hooked up so that both LEDs light at the same time when the VTec "supposedly" kicks in but I will post pics when it gets dark if anyone cares to take a look.



P.S. Please don't reply wit " Dude your cars still gonna be slow... the VTec light doesn't make you cool .....blah blah blah crap crap " I like doin little stuff to my own car cuz that don't cost very much. Sedrick aint a rich boy.
