Sanded chrome trim (pics)
I sanded my chrome trim piece today. Im gonna have it painted at my work cuz my boss does body work. I was suprised how it looked after i wet sanded wit 400 grit sand paper. Should i paint or leave it like this? Kinda looks like stainless steel lol

i like it and it looks good, but i still say get it painted.
btw, wouldnt it have been cheaper and alot easier to just buy a SSM one from honda? you can always have mine this summer if you want it when i shave my trunk

Gotta quick question........When u got urs painted did they sand all the chrome part off till u saw the white plastic? Cuz right now its still really smooth and slick. Im afraid the paint wont stick. Oh hey that rhimes!! Haha
yo that looks kinda slick! I think painting would be best in the end, but its kinda cool like that! I cant decide...id prolly leave it for a while and see if it got ugly later...you know what i mean?
