Si To Type R conversion
Si To Type R conversion
Aside from the body diffrences the ls and tranny what are the major diffs that I would have to address for a good conversion from my usdm si to a type R both look and performance wise? Any suggestions are welcome I ask because I dont want some cheap **** body job and *** performing mods for a car badged Type R

You need the bumpers, the sideskirts, the seats, the dash board (RHD), the 5 lugs, a K20A2 (the A is ITR), 5 lugs, the heavy *** wheels, the brakes, the suspension, pull the excess weight out, the Union Jack flag emblem, Tail lights, headlights, sunroof delete (I think, there used to be no sunroof in the Rs)
I'm sure there's more, I just can't think of it without looking at the car.

Come to think of it, theres a German Type R, thats LHD... so I guess all you need is the Steering wheel, the boot and **** and the cluster.

You also need JDM rebars for Front and Rear bumpers.
OEM CTR spoiler need modifications to make it fit.
Our hatch is different than JDM hatches.
Interior parts.
Cluster, Shift boot, Shift ****, Cd player console, E brake Console, Seats.
Rear seats with no headrests.
Exterior
Mirrors
You also need to get rid of Front bumper lights.
Tailights are different too.
There are too many to list all specific parts.
