Not sure if I should post here or Wheels/Tires/Brakes :P Oh well, here goes...
Please nobody lecture me on how Brembo doesn't make drilled AND slotted. kthx Yes they are third party machined and zinc plated Brembo blanks.
Just got done installing the Brembos and Akebono Pro-ACT pads. All was easy pretty much, I got worried that I might strip one of the rotor screws for a minute though, gotta pick up a impact driver. They are ceramic pads, so they're supposed to be ultra-low dusting... We'll see.
I drove it around the neighborhood for a few minutes just to try and "bed" them in. They seem great, and look 100% better than the stock rotors/pads. Just spraying the calipers a clean silver color works well. Much better than the mucky stock color. I used some high heat ceramic engine paint for those.
Any comments/questions? BTW that is a '03 Vibe, a '04 Vette (Base model, removable hardtop, magnesium wheels, auto, nothing special).

I'm probably not going to do a whole lot more. I'm thinking about getting a Mazda 3, but I'm not sure yet. Cat-back, maybe headers, clutch, maybe a Kaminari kit. All depends on how long I keep it though
