Help me out fellow 7thgeners!
First of all, I know this wouldn't be complete without pics
... here it goes, today I test fit my WW G5 kit... and my car really really looks tight with black WW G5 on my ssm silver... My theme is silver and black (black tint, black grill, black headlights/taillights, gunmetal rims w/ polished lips)... anytime soon I will go to body shop and get it painted.. but the question is.. should I paint the kit "black" or the color that will "match" the color of my car (silver)?.. damn I didn't get to take pics this afternoon... I don't know if I match the color of the paint to my car(ssm) will look better than it is on black... I will post pics ASAP(with the black WW G5 kit on).. what do you guys think? and I'm a type of guy who also want to be "different" from other 7thgeners... like most of the people here...
so here are the choices:
A. Paint the kit to match the color of the car!
B. Paint the kit black 'coz you think it's really tight (considering your theme is silver and black)
C. Since your rims are gunmetal, paint it gunmetal!
D. Another ricer
thanks I need help here! and comments, suggestions, opinions are very appreciated.. thanks again in advance!
aw yea to give you the idea how my car looks like just check out my gallery or signature below \/

hmmmm.. this is hard.. and I am planning to bring the kit tomorrow to the shop... I will probably paint it to match the car? coz I don't want anybody sees my car and say "Another ricer who can't wait to paint his kit" when my kit is already painted with black :\ but **** it looks really hot with black though LOL
Do what u want man.... But i think it would look a lot better as the same color, but i do know what u mean, with the black and silver theme, thats what my ride will be and is already. Its black, gunmetal and silver. Just do what u want to mang, but like i always say its ur ride , do what YOU!!! want to do , who gives a **** what anyone else thinks as long as u like it! right???? well good luck mang

I just called this my 2nd choice body shp.. they said $550 for them to get it painted? is that too much? the first body shop I went to is only charging me $250 but they said there's no gurantee it will exactly match the paint of my car.. what do you guys think about this? **** if the color will be waaaay off my car.. I would rather get them painted black...

definitely go quality. the fact its more expensive doesn't mean better all the time... but the place charging you more would prolly gaurantee a color match.
don't cheap out... it never pays off. I.E. - i could have bought ractive coilovers and slammed my car... but i spent $1200 to get TEIN SS dampers.... and i don't regret the fact my car rides perfect....
get the better paintjob b/c a major visual investment like a body kit would turn into a real sore thumb if it came out like crap.

ok, so I went to this "cheap" body shop... that's why they're only $250 is that.. they won't prep it.. they won't primer it.. just paint it right away! I was like "aw hell no"... so I told them how much for a really really good quality paint that will exactly match my car.. prepped and primered and everything is done (like get the oil out of the utherane and other stuff).. and they will give it to me for $500 flat.. so then, I didn't get to paint to kit today! I don't have $500 yet! so yea it really sucks! but they said it will match my car with warranty I think.. which is good.. so here I am now saving up for $500 to get it painted.. you think this is cheap or just the right price?
Thanks! You guys are all right.. so i would get option A..it will look better to match my car.. and this is the real investment I could put in my car...
Thanks again!
