Ok, so i need everyone's help here.
This may be very easy for some and others a lil tough.
My ride... means a lot to me as im sure many of you feel the same way about your rides. However, i have just had something thrown n my face. My ol man is the co-signer on my ride and he said that he is putting the 100,000 mile warrante on my ride. I have been waiting this past 30000 miles just to get to 36000 so i can start making mods to my ride. Im trying to talk to him about not doing it; however he said that if i want him to still be the co-signer, he has to have that warrante on it. What to do. any help? I really want to put a lip kit on it and get a cf hood and a few others--- but the bigest thing i wanted was my suspension, and that alone pretty much voids the warrante. Im askin all u 7thgenerz to help a lil PR (for those who know) out. Let me know what you would do.

the whole thing about voiding warrantee is not true. There's a law that states, unless the damage that needs to be covered by warrantee can be specifically linked to the aftermarket part to cause the damage, you are covered. If they still try to give you ish about it, you can take them to court and easily win. Do some research on this.

lip kit and CF hood would do nothing to your warrenty. it would have the same effect as your rims did. suspension is the only iffy part

how much do you have left to pay it off? i'd just hurry and pay it off, and do what ya want with it. i got mine on 24 months, and it'll be paid off in 13 or 14, and that's even with me doing some stuff to it, two sets of rims, bodykit, etc.
this will probably make you very very happy. read it carefully and you will understand that you can mod your far. the only time a dealership can void a warranty is if they can prove the performance part caused the problem. http://www.enjoythedrive.com/san

thanx.. i did have that link... i guess.. the only thing i can do is send this to my ol'man and see what he has to say....
and abmerop---- i know that the cf hood and kit wont do anything, but the way i see it... there is no purpose in all that, if you dont have a drop.... maybe thats just me, but i dont think it looks right, if u have all this stuff , but your car is not dropped.....
