I got Hit!!! (again!!!!) Dam this really sucks, i was going to my friends house and i was in my dad's TL type S. I was going down the street and i turned left into my friends driveway, as i go into the driveway, the neighbor put his car in reverse and backed up into me as i was going in the driveway. i saw him put his light on and i honked at him. he just backed his 10 foot high ford explorer into my drivers door with his metal bumper. He got out and said he will pay for it and he would get somebody to do it. i was like can i have your insurance and informatin(i asked 2 times), then he said he will pay for it. i was like ehh... then the son came out and said it was my fault, he didn't see ****. and said you didn't see him moving, i was like he wasn't moving when i went into the driveway. he is one of those people that can not talk very well, education wise. i told my friend to go over and tell them that i want another shop that i know to do it because i don't know if that guy is going to do a mickey mouse job or what on a 30+ g car...
anyways, so i talked to my dad and we are going to get a estimate and we are going to take it to a good shop that i know. and im going to give the estamite to the guy tomarrow. and say, give me your insurance, or pay this bill, if not, im going to have to file a report to the cops that you backed up intome and that you didn't wanna give me any information, then take you to court and you will not only have to pay for my repair but also pay for my attoryney fee.... and i will not spare any expense...
i really dont' think this guy has insurance. they know that it was his fault cause he wasn't looking back, the stupid son even knows. if they don't cooporate with me, they are going to get a royal *** screwing...

Rep Power: 403 i got the body shop estimate, its going to cost 1,200 bucks...
pretty much from what the guy told me was that he messed up the reinforced frame underneeth, so he needs to change the door skin and the reinforcement underneeth, and paint and clearcoat, blah blah blah...

i had my bmw hit in almost the same spot but mine was parked and the nabor backed up into it. would not give me his insurance eather then gave me false info. was not fun but he ended up paying

when u bring him the estimate...bring a group of people... u dun know wut these guys are thinkin, they could be psycho... be wary.
'bout a year ago a mexican in a 95 civic hit me, and he called up his whole f*cking family to the scene, and i was scared... one call to the cops made me feel a little safer, but the mexican didn't have insurance, so i had to deal with the damage done to me...i still have that dent on my bumper... >_<

Rep Power: 403 screw it, i just filed a police report and that he didn't wanna give me anyinformation whatso ever... im going to report it to my insurance since it wasn't my fault... he is screwed...

Rep Power: 403 As my dad went to work, he parked his car and some guy backed up into his rear bumper... this other guy was suck a as s hole and didn't wanna give any information to my dad, he got loud. and he called the cops on my dad, they cops pretty much laughted at that guy and they made him give my dad his info...
he for some reason blamed my dad. he is such a idiot... how can you blame somebody else for backing up into them, it is his fault cause he didn't see him... the parking attendents that work there that im totally cool with actually saw the whole thing and say that the other guy was a idiot and it was his fault... hahaha...
