i want to trade my (03' lx) in, but here are the reasons i'm thinking twice about it.
1. i've put in about $4000, it's about 1/4 paid off.
2. i got a 1.9% apr (thanks to having excellent credit).
3. got it at $500 below invoice
4. i'm taking REAL GOOD care of it. and when it comes time to sell, i'll probably get
at least half of what i paid for it (civics have great re-sale value). then use the money
towards the new car which will probably pay almost half of it.
5. there's always going to be something bigger & better that comes along every year
and i'll probably be glad i waited. i'll just be starting over again. (what my sister says).
6. i probably won't get a GOOD DEAL like i did on this one.
7. family & friends say to be happy with what i have, and mentioned alot of people
would love to be able to have what i got.
8. it's not like it's going to be my last car ever
so what do you guys/gals think? and don't say you agree with my sis and friends,
because they always have to be right.

Ahh yes.. buyers remorse, I suffer from it occasionally to. I owe less then half of what I paid for it and really only hate my car when I see something I would rather have. When I get this way I just remind myself that its a good looking reliable economy car... nothing more, nothing less with a good resale value. It has its squeeks and rattles, but nothing that I cant live with.
It comes down to whats going to make you happy... if you cant live with your car buying decision then look else where. Just make sure you test drive that **** really good and do your research so you wont be in this predicament again. Good luck.
