Yes, it finally got me. Today I was in a pretty bad wreck even though it happened at like 10 mph. I was cut off by a mexican guy in a dodge neon while following my friend Jason. He cut between me and Jason and there wasnt enough room and slammed on his brakes (cause there was enough room and he was driving recklessly) and then I slammed on mine and nailed him. Of course, I got the ticket even though he cut me off with no blinker and was driving recklessly. I gotta get a lawyer and **** now to keep my licence. this sux!

Jason's car was tapped by the the neon, scratched up his bumper and trunk wont close but doesnt look bad at al, but he had just had the whole car repainted 2 weeks ago. The Neon didnt look bad either, back bumper would need to be replaced or possibly just repainted cause it had scruff marks. Now to my car....

My hood, fender, headlights, grill, bumper, and radiator is the just the damage I can see visually. It drives, but looks pretty rough and the hood sticks up kinda far...

Im kinda debating on keeping the car after this. Silver is such a hard color to match I dont know if im going to want it. Plus my insurance rates are going to go EVEN higher than they already are. If i decide to keep it im thinking about the Tsunami front, mesh grill, and TYC projectors to replace the stuff. I would rather have the SVE Imageworks body kit cause it own3s, but I cant buy just the front bumper so Tsunami is my next choice.

The problem is the cop didnt even care enough to look or listen to me and my friend. I AUTOMATICALLY got the ticket because i was the last car. He didnt care that there was nothing I could do since the other driver was being reckless.

this is so freaking stupid. i dont even have a car to drive right now and im goign insane and its been liek 3 days. i cant imagine 6 months!!! I would die.

man.. what an a.ss.. well when he did cut in, and had to slam on the brakes, didnt he hit ur friends car anyways? so he should be at fault aswell cuz he was following way too close.. and it shouldnt even matter that he said ur friend was on his cell, how does ur friend talking on his cell make someone else crash into him?

yeah he did. my friend was in the wreck also being the car in front of the neon. he was the guy i was following.

it was cold outside and the cop was on a harley. he said he was damn cold and i just think he was trying to hurry cause he didnt give a **** what the story was. never even asked but my friend and i told him anyways. he only asked the other guy. i dont know if it had something to do with both of driving modded hondas or what but its bullshit.

he said it was my fault because i supposedly MADE him hit my friend in front and i caused the wreck. and i said well he blah blah blah was too close anyways and the cop didnt care he said. he said that its only following too closely if you hit the person and i caused him to hit the car in front of him (my friend.)
