entering the CODE for cd player

u kno how our civics got that anti-thief lock?
today i disconnected the negative from battery
after i hooked back in
the word CODE displayed on the cd screen
i tried to enter the code that the honda has givne me
but it didnt work
it said "ERR#"
#= how many times iv tried to enter the code...

what should i do?

if the guy in the shop is cool they wont charge you for it.
its takes them about 2minutes to do.

i went there the service center was closed
the dealer guy helped me out but he cudnt get it to work either
he told me to come back after christmas.. i asked him if they were goin 2 charge me he didnt say yes or no..
yesterday night when i ignite my car the cd player displayed "oo000oo0" i was lik wtf!
but this moringin is back 2 CODE
