Is My Car Show Ready?
i say enter one show just to see what its like and get a feel for it...then thatll give u a better idea of what to do for future shows. like Inovatstyl said, winning to us is just icing on the cake, show because you enjoy doing it..and yea if u want we'd be more than happy that you show with our crew.

Rep Power: 0 nah, my car hasnt been entered in any. as of right now, I have chipped off a piece of the fin on my rear bumper. I'm also debating if I am going to sell the civic in order to get somethin with more speed, like a wrx. it really depends on how things go in the spring. more than likely I'm selling it

Rep Power: 319 Yea, just do it. When you go, you'll see a lot of cars that are basically stock! They'll have an Intake, and that's it! Those are the people that I don't really understand why they enter. Not to diss anyone, but if I were them I wouldn't want to spend $40 to enter my almost stock car in a show. As far as winning, like some people have said, it depends on the shows. If they are big shows.....good luck. Your car almost has to be a "trailer queens" to win those. Yea I take my car on a trailer to shows, but I still drive it around. By "trailer queens" I mean those cars that NEVER get driven. But yea, I'd go if I were you. It's a lot of fun!! You can get new ideas and meet a lot of people.

i think ur car is pretty cool, the only thing i would do to ur car to make it show worthy is to get a cf hood, black headlights and have a custom enclosure for your sub and amp. and maby a few other things like a underbody kit and some little stuff that says " hey, a girl daily drives me" or something like that...
and show that you have stuff done to ur car that no other car has, like rear si brakes, or umm rsx seats, or umm glowing stuff...
be creative... when me and dru106 went, there were some cars that were soooooo sooooo ugly, my stock car looked better than them...
i would also enter with a group, like when spanky was entering some people here for that recent san deigo meet...
i might like to get into a show next year when i get lowered, a paint job, and do some extra stuff....
i was just thinking and my engine bay is dirtier than a sl*t... dam, i know what im going to do this weekend... clean it....

Rep Power: 0 its clean ! enter ! ever since i was 14 i always daydreamed of having my own car in a show...now that i have my ride ive been workin alot and spending most of my money on my ride ...almost done BUT WHEN I GET THAT DAMN TAX RETURN IMMA BLOW IT ALL ON MY RIDE..hopefully ill be ready sometime in 04....goodluck
