exterior "decorating"

being only 16, the only mods i am planning to do to my '04 civic coupe would probably be only very small stylistic things inside and outside the car, and maybe some minor suspension upgrades.

about the exterior styling, i notice that many new cars coming out have little accents around the exterior of the car to make it look "nicer," for instance on the Acura TL and TSX (the red reflector bars).

on the Acura TL, notice the little red reflectors on the side of the car near the back.

On the Acura TSX, notice the red reflectors right above the dual exhaust tips on the back bumper

would this idea of red reflector bars, or anything similar look like it would belong onto the exterior of a civic? or would it be just better lookin if it was kept stock?

I'd say, unless the body panels in question were already molded to a shape that would easily accomodate such reflectors, it'll look out of place.

I had the pleasure of driving a 95' Ford Tauras Station Wagon. I actually loved that car alot. I waxed it every weekend and put a sweet system in it, not to mention I could fit 9 people in it easy. It was such a great car for highschool. So many memories with that car.... lease:

LMAO: "YES, I AM A GUY!" ...that was inspired by one of my posts!

A 91' mustang is really not that bad of a first car. It's got some ***** behind it. If I was a muscle car freak, i'd find a nice clean lo-mi 5.0 and mod it till its 400 HP. Those cars are god aweful in the rain though...
