OK, this is all hypothetically speaking, so I'm basically asking for your advice.

I simply would like to know if I wanted to trade my R34 kit, to someone with the Aero OEM lip kit or just the OEM lip kit (bumpers included), would it be most fair for a straight up trade or would there be money involved? If so, how much and to whom?

aero kit looks clean. i'd say s straight swap is probably about right, i think

ya, the R34 kit is just way too in ur face, I saw a 99 civic, lip kit, si rims, slammed, it was then that i knew i was going to try and fix my expensive mess (everything is so much easier and cheaper when u get it right the first time, i'm learning the hard way)

you should have put this in the members ride or something other than forsale/trade.

But to go with your question, i think it would be a fair trade. I like the aero kit and it looks good. So does the R34.
