It's an Alpine 7897. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that only the 7898 can do a text greeting (not a big deal.)

I'm jealous that you get the personalized greeting and such. But then again, the 7998 doesn't have internal amping, right? I couldn't afford to add the other stuff right now, so this was the better choice for me.

My friends are all amazed when I turn the car on and off. They're like "Holy crap. Make it do that again!"
