Rep Power: 0 r34 kit on otherwise stock civic?
I just wrecked my car, so I need a new front bumper. Instead of paying the rediculous amount to get a replacement, I can get the r34 kit for $300 (the whole thing), so Im looking into that. My parents are concerned, though, with the clearance. All the pictures I have seen look like they're lowered, so I need to know how much clearance I have. I have no modifications to affect the ride height (wheels or suspension), so does anyone have a picture of the r34 kit on an un-lowered civic with stock wheels? Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 and i dont think i'll be able to afford a drop with this; im gonna have to pay for some of the damages too, so a body kit is pushing it; im hoping that replacing the damaged front bumper with the r34 can be the bulk of my contribution. My dads on the phone right now with the shop getting the estimate. I have my fingers crossed.

Rep Power: 0 well, i got the estimate. This sucks. Front bumper and grille must be replaced, front pseudo-frame bent, radiator, cracked, one headlight cracked, A/C CONDENSOR BROKEN, and some other small stuff. ****! $1650 including a used front bumper; he'll knock off $100 if I provide the bumper. My mom doesnt want me to have to pay for it all, but my dad wants me to go broke over it. Im going to ask how much it'll be without the a/c, since I only use it when its fogging.

Rep Power: 0 hmm...the stock front bumper is $100, or I can get this kit for $300. Hmm. Im gonna talk with my parents tonight/tomorrow about how much I'm paying. Hopefully, since the wreck wasn't my fault and its my first one, this will be my "learning experience." Because honestly it was. This is what has changed by focus from go to show. Show won't end me up in a ditch; go will.
