guy my 2oo2 civic 4dr i disconnected the battery to install a short ram air filter now the stock cd player is askin for a code please help guys what should i do?

Rep Power: 333 You'll probably have to take it to the honda dealer... Because when you buy the car from the dealer the factory stereo comes with a code, kinda like a theft deterent deal... Its usually kept with the manual and stuff..

Rep Power: 0 Yup yup, that's the only way (that I know about) to get the code. It is usually a credit card lookin thing that has the code on it. So just call up Honda and they should be able to hook that up for you.

Rep Power: 0 yah easiest way is to contact the dealer, but if you havent already make sure you check all the compartments when i bought my 2002 used they hid the code in the change drawer.
