the proper way to do it is to take it to a body shop and they will have to weld it and bondo over it.....gonna cost a few bucks. Or u can go the ghetto way and use duct tape.

You have three decent choices:
Take it to a body shop and get the holes filled and painted over.
Try to find the exact part at a junkyard (worst choice.)
Get a carbon fiber trunk lid. It'd be about twice the price of getting the holes filled.
