My driver's side headlight was always brighter than the passanger's, and when I bought mtec hyperwhites, I finally got tired of it. I read the DIY's on the site and adjusted them and I love the way they look when I'm driving. I'm really surprised. I lowered the driver's side a little bit and then raised the passanger side to match it. Nothing major, but what a nice simple tweak.

do you have to take off that rubber sealer thing in order to adjust them or can you just pop your hood and then adjust them without taking anything off because i have been wondering how to do this?

At first, I thought it was going to be hard to adjust them. It's SOOOO easy. You don't have to remove anything. After dark, just park about 20 ft (if you can) away from a garage door, white wall, or something like that. Little things to obviously consider...park absolutely perpendicular to the wall to avoid the angle scewing the pattern and park on a level plane with the wall. *NOTE: This is for a 2002 Sedan and I've read others are different.* Open your hood and if you look straight down at the back of your headlight assembly between your actual headlight bulb and your parking light bulbs, you'll see a groove leading down to a gold thing with teeth on it. Take a small flathead screwdriver and turn it to vertically adjust your headlights. I can't remember which way adjusts up or down, you'll just have to experiment.
