Question good place for VAFC2??

ive got about $100+ right now for when it comes out and was trying to think of a good place to put it. i dont want to put it where my vtec light and plug in thing is at because i use that for my radar detector and cell phone charger. the only reasonable place i can think of would be where that flip out thing is below the cd player. i guess i could set it on that but wouldnt that look kind of weird? what i orginally wanted to do was get someone to make a mold and mold it in there but i dunno. i dont want to put it on top of my dash because ill probably be getting an in dash tv for xmas or whatever. another good place i can think of would be to mount it on the steering column. any suggestions?

You know that part in the center console that's about 4"x4"? I think if you built a custom holder for it and placed it in there it'd look pimp. It'd take some work, but I think it would be worth it. You could make it lay flat and face you. That way when the armrest was down, it wouldn't be viseable.

If you're not into doing that much work, just get the bracket and bolt it on somewhere. You've got an 02 though... hmm... so in front of the cupholders might be ghetto.

I've seen pics of people putting it in that little CD holder compartment under the CD player. I don't much care for that idea though...

Put it in your sun visor. Thats where Im gonna put mine. Just fold it down and its there. Im into the show thing so judges will like that. Maybe cut out a part just above your glovebox and mold it into there. ummmmmmmm be creative.

hondaluver - i need that space for my cig input for my radar detector and i want to keep my vtec light.

1siksivik - ill eventually get tv's in my sun visors and i dont feel comfortable cutting out parts from my interior.

i guess ill either have to use the mount to put on my steer column or put it on the flip down thing.
