JSWhaler is an unknown quantity at this point
one must remember that turboing an engine plays a toll on it even when running only 6psi of boost. More than that and you'll have to upgrade some internals, more things will start breaking and the engines life span will be cut in half. A K20 swap is now naturally aspired. = better in the long run, but currently more $$$

Just so everyone knows:

The inconsistancy of RSX dyno pulls is a direct result of the ECU programming. The ECU is very sensitive to intake air temp reading changes. There is a very narrow temperature window inwhich the engine works at max performance. If the intake air temp rises above the temperature range required by the ECU the performance suffers significantly.

Multiple dyno pulls tend to heat soak the radiator, engine and other thngs in the engine bay. This leads to a degradation of the dyno numbers with each run. This is even a greater problem with turbocharged cars as the piping heats with each run.

That is also why short ram intakes tend to perform better on the Dyno than in real life. Most dyno runs are performed with the hood open and a fan blowing. In the real world hot air is trapped under the hood adversely affecting the intake air temp on short ram intakes. A cold air intake of course takes air from outside the engine bay and usually perfroms better.
