it does work, and it dosnt leak, the only down side is the cost.the kit is $1600 and expect to pay around $500-$800 to modify it

They just don't open far enough IMO to really make a statement. I've seen pics at shows and they just look like a mini truck with a "dancing bed" up in the air on hydraulics. Looks nice, but almost useless.
Now if they opened-up a lot further like true scissor-action doors, or compound scissor action like on the McLaren F1's. . . . then that'd be a whole different story. They'd then look like they're supposed to do that.
