Question Light Dilemma...

Ok...ive been ordering parts for my civic lately...and so far I have ordered the bodykit. I am @ a dilemma, because I want to clear my headlights, but I dont even trust myself to do it (no matter how "easy" it is). I want to either order clear OEM style lights and get those popped in while they install the new bumper or should I get the guy @ the shop to do a DIY for me?? (<< I don't know if they do it)
**Remember I AM NOT GOING TO CLEAR THE LIGHTS WHATSOEVER!**
So....
1) If I were to order some clear OEM headlights where could I get them from?
2) Would you reccomend getting a guy @ the shop to do a DIY? (If they do it)
3) What do you think I should do???

Thanx in advance...

wow. those look pretty good. and MUCH cheaper than OEM ones. i just wonder what the quality is like, and fitment also.

at $160/ pair (which is half what OEM costs/pair) it seems like a cheap imitation. fogging/leaking problems and stuff like that. dunno...if i were you, id probably pay someone from the site to clear them. a body show will rip you off if you get them to do it.

So the Honda Civic 01&up Chrome Housing with Clear Len Headlight for 2 Door ONLY is what it would look like if I cleared it myself?

correct..

but like PB said, you can just pay someone to do it here and get 100% satsifaction..

but i dont know anybody on here that has bought the ones that i listed for you.

But if you got the money and you really want, i'd say get your *** in gear and buy those ****'s..

i dont think anybody would pay $160 for them when you can do them for free so i doubt anybody has experience with those ones. they could just be actual OEM ones that they clear then sell. dunno. but i have seen cleared ones on Ebay that go for a decent price.

Also, if you're gonna shell out that kinda money for cleared lights, you might as well get chrome TYC projectors. They look like they almost should be OEM cause they aren't rice looking at all. Im saving to get a pair.

RSDCivic will become famous soon enough
If you do go ahead and get different lights I say when you take the stock ones out just go ahead and clear em out and see how they turn out... even if you do mess up you still got the ones you bought but if it turns out nice than send the new ones back... I cleared out my lights and I have a very short patience as well and they turned out great... just a suggestion
