Talking Bought 2 12" Alpine Subs Check em out... Need help on choosing amp..
Updated.. Pics on bottom of page

and im also gonna need an amp.. or 2 amps? I really dont know, thats why im asking for help

I dont want to spend a lot of money on an amp... so lemme know which amps are good but arent that much $$$

Well, the amp is probably the most expensive part. Sorry, im not an ICE guru, so Im not going to try and give you a bunch of info when in actuallity, I have no idea what Im talking about.

get yourself an amp 600 watts or more....kenwood makes 1.....and have it installed thats it.........the kenwood amp is about $275-$350

Dont get Alpine subs....And as for Amps I wouldnt recommend Kenwood...you want bass pound...and clear wattage then go with Rockford Fosgate.

i have to 12s type r as well and i run two md 300 class d amp on each. yes i do know its is dual coil.

i would say get the new sony xlpod amp, 1000watts

my frind just got the alpine type r's(2 12s) with the sony amp and it hits sooo hard...i know alot of people arent fans of sony but they are much better now than before

sory that the pics quality isnt that great... had to save it as 1 (lowest quality) other wise i couldnt upload em =\

Now all i need is an amp, and a cd/mp3 reciever

its even heavier in the sub box. 2 12s dual coil and sub box=back problem.
