Hey guys, i just bought a grill the other day, but i as wondering if my thes for my car is gonna be green and black, do u think it would look better painted or just normal?? and if i paint it should it be Clover green or Black??

yea if it looks like ^^ his grill or mine, you should paint it. i think a paint shop only charges like 20 bucks to paint it matching the car. or you can do it urself. but like ^^ said just paint the trim of it and leave the center mesh part black. ive been meanig to paint mine but im just a little lazy.

please stay on topic. it cost me $40 to get it painted. i just handed it to them and the shop did everything. you can probably find someone to do it cheaper, but probably not by much.

Yeah true. I might do it myself. Such a small area. Might be able to find the paint in a spray somewhere like pep boys or advance. Im going to check into it. looks more matching. Rennen you may have talked me into painting it. Maybe.

hey guys like if i clear coat it after i apply the paint, shouldn't it be smooth enough so that i don't have to sand it???

ok it turned out awesome
already had primer from when i did my minor engine dress up
already had tap
the paint was 20 online
and the clear coat was 5
i will post pics of the finished $25 project if i get to it tonight
now im just searching for a sedan radiator cover.
