Angry No start, no dash power

Hello All,

I have a 2004 DX-VP (Canadian model, if that makes any difference), which has given me a lot of grief lately. Had the dreaded input shaft problem with my manual transmission ($1100 later, including a new clutch kit). Then my alternator adjuster bolt head broke off, dropped my car into limp home mode, found out it killed my ECU. Replaced those, dealership reflashed my replacement ECU. It works! That was 2 weeks ago.

Now, my main problem...

6 days ago, I was driving to work, and all power died (no dash lights, no relay clicks, no cranking when trying to start up car again). Towed it back home. Found a wire broken from ignition to main harness. Black wire with grey dashes. Repaired broken wire, still no start (however, my other items work now, eg: Clifford G5 alarm will arm/dis-arm again). Still do not have dash lights or cluster activity.

Problem I can see so far, fuses 1, 4, and 7 from the under-dash fuse box do not receive power (in either off or II key position). I've checked and verified B+ to all fuses in engine bay fuse box(both sides of fuse). I've taken out all relays in engine bay fuse box, hooked them up to a portable jump pack and verified they all work (DMM is sure earning its keep with me, lately). I also managed to pull the first relay from the under-dash fuse box and test with portable jump pack & DMM. The other fuses in the under-dash fuse box get B+ on both sides when I have the ignition to II.

What gives?

(P.S. I took my main relay out, found a couple of suspect solder joints, re-flowed the solder. Still no joy)
