blowen strut
I just found out I blow my strut on my civic and Im not sure if I want to get it fix at honda under the warranty or if I want to put a after market on in by myself, I heard some of you guys say that you had to take it in afew time after honda replaced it because they still keep breaking and that worrys me alot. What do you think is the smartes way to fit the problem??

if your car is lowered will they still replace the the shock??? i don't get it but i would just bring it into honda and ask them, but knowing them you better know what your talking about, because they could just say its not under warrenty!

I heard of the same thing. Stock shocks suck. Doesn't matter if you're lowererd or not. A few pot holes and they're done for. I had to replace mine already. I have only 25,000 miles on my car. I did hit a rather large curb once though, so that may have accelerated the wear.
