if you adjust it you can get up to stock height, or a little lower. but why did you get coilovers if you still want a stock height?

hp coilovers? ive never heard of them

You should be able to get close to stock height. But why get coilovers and run at stock height?

Well be aware that if you are going to adjust them then i would it for months at a time. Technically you need to get an alignment done each time you change the height.

No, if I remember correctly with the rings at the top your still down I think was either .75 or 1. The best way is try and avoid the speed bumps the best way you can, cause it's not like airbags where you hit a swith to raise the car you'd have to plan for where your going raise the car before going. If your worried about speedbumps then I woudn't even bother dropping the car cause even some entrance ways into certain places have a bigger lip then some speedbumps.

which coilovers?

for sleeved coilovers i recommend ground control or skunk2

for full coilovers i suggest getting B+G or Tein

i have B+G coilovers with a 2.25" drop, check out my ride section to see the drop

search for coilovers and it should answer your questions

Right on Weapon X thanx!
Any (sleeved or full) coilovers will work. I just wanna get a sweet drop (like yours! nice!) AND we Torontoians up here get snow so I'd like to raise my ride when winter swings around. Hopefully dude those B+G or Tein full coilovers are available up here in Toronto.

Hey Chrissy....

Where did you get them and for how much? I only saw one place online that sells them - for $1000. They look pretty nice...

i got mine off ebay for 90 bux. almost any coilover would work for our cars as long as you modify them right by putting an extra 3 inch sleeve on the front ones. but they are stiff and bumpy as hell so mybe i will cut some 96-00 springs and use that spring instead. this installment of the coils was a big diy for me

Oh - so you just got the "gen 1 coilovers" from HP racing than? I thought you bought the "gen 2 coilovers," which are actual full coilovers from HP (they have a matched strut with them). That's why the price diff.....But hey - that's cool.....

Hope they work out for you!! Congrats on installing them - eventually when I get mine I'll be in the same boat!

yeah, i just followed mex's diy and it took me about 3 hours. i had to buy a 3 inch sleeve for the front though, but i'm thinkin about replacing the shorter coils with the 96-00 front springs and removing the added 3 inch sleeves to make a "longer" spring for the coilover.
