Anyone have the new energy suspension control arm bushings?
I know dirtysanchez does - but does anyone else? I'm thinking of getting them, but need to know how harsh the ride is going to be? They are polyurethane, but not sure if they need to be lubed or not. May add some noise.

Usually poly ones need to be lubed every so often, I think at least once a year. They will decrease ride quality but should help keeping the car stiff. I don't know of anyone that has them.

Someone has them already? Are they out already? You mean the ones for the RSX, right? I think some of those will fit our cars. Not the ones that go in the engine mounts, but every other one should fit.

they replace the stock rubber bushing with a much stiffer POLYURETHANE one.
what this does for handling is simple, it forces the suspension parts to work and move the way the suspension was designed to work. Making the car ract more precicely to your imputs, and thus giving you more control of the car. Rather then with rubber bushings, that allow the suspension to shift, bend and other wise deform. which is good from a comfort perspective (less road noise, and less vibration) but is horrible for performance handling. the Best bushings for handling would be metal. however they would be impracticle/uncomfortable for daily use. so POLYURETHANE is the best comprimise between the squishy Rubber bushings and the harsh metal bushings.
How much they $$$ I dont know.

I did a search for them - can't find the site right now, its on my home laptop. But the site where I found them wanted about $30-60 for them if I remember correctly. Not too expensive.
I want to upgrade to them, but don't know how much of a PITA the control arms are to take apart.
The previous post said that he liked how the car handled with the new bushings installed, but didn't say too much about how harsh the ride was.....that's a concern as well as I want to be able to still tolerate everyday driving.....
