i dont have it on my coupe but y friend has it on the 02 sedan (es1). the ride is smooth but the drop isnt that low. also on the bad side the front right spring clanks or makes this weird sound while hes driving sometimes. its not really a big deal. we checked it out and everything was fine. other than that they are pretty good. it all depends on waht u want though. if u want to be sslammed i say go for coils or something but if you just want a substantial drop and a good ride i sugest the Tein spring set over the H&R. check out showstoppersusa.com. its my friends shop he can ship you whatever you want at a really good price within a week. hope that helped

You web sit isn't working, so it not that bad of a ride when you drop it or it is a really bad ride? I want to make it look good but I don't want a bad ride after I did it

I have those springs on my coupe. They are a little stiff for the stock shocks & mine didn't last very long; just a couple of months (i drive hard) I'd strongly reccomend aftermarket shocks along w/ the springs (it'll also save on installation to have both done at the same time) W/ shocks & springs, the ride is good enough for daily driving (not too stiff/ low) & great to push through corners & back- roads) i actually out corner some bikes (of course the springs are a small part of my suspension set up)
The drop is about 1.4", as they mention. The springs do not settle after the install.
It is not a really bad ride w/ out shocks, but you'll need them sooner or later, so might as well same some $$ & install them at the same time.
Hope this helped!!

I have had mine with Koni shocks for about a year and I like the ride alot. It could be lower but for street use it works fine for me.

I have an 02 coupe with the H&R springs and they are backed up with Koni yellow struts, along with the 17's I have which are 205/45's on them, the ride is great. Stiff yet comfortable. Also, it improves corning alot too. I had progress springs on it before them, but the ride was too low for where I live, so, if you don't want it too low, but low enough to show a differance, I would recommend them highly.
