Need Help with Lowering!
I have a 2001 Civic EX, that I want to lower but not speend much money for! I going for lowering spring, so I would like to know which you think is the best. Keep in mind that I live in LA with lots of potholes, bumps, dips, and freeways, I also dont want to be bouncing for 5 mins after I hit a bump.

My gf has goldlines on her 02' coupe and I think it rides better than stock. I have neuspeed race very low, ride pretty good but you will definately need new shocks
So yeah, sounds like you want to go the same route I did. Fast, cheap, and easy...right?? Well, the thing that I found out is that when it comes to modifying the suspension of your car, there is NO SUCH THING as cheap. You will need to invest the time and money in aftermarket shocks ($550 for Konis, the only ones out for 7th gens), a rear camber kit ($135) and install ($$$???). so it's not cheap by ANY means. Rethink and save up before you go with the move to drop. I wish I had.
P.S. Those prices are approximate and you need to, of course, take into account the price for whatever lowering springs you buy and shipping. I have Neuspeed Sports and I like 'em a lot. Good luck!
