Tanabe carries 3 different types of springs for our cars.

normal is the nf210...brings spring rate up 10% compared to stock
gf210 has an even higher spring rate
doesn't say much about the df210 spring rate...i have the df210 but i haven't installed it yet...i dunno about the drops for the other ones, but the drop for the df210 is from 2" to 2.25"

I think you also meant to post the NF rather than the DF twice.
The NF probably has a similar spring rate as OEM shocks but also lowers the car. The DF, like squirt said, seems like it lowers to the minimum legal height and has a approximate 10% increase over stock. The GF has a higher spring rate, 20-30% over OEM, meaning that it will help with handling more while lowering your car. That is just what I took out of it.
