Poly. Bushings...UPDATE

Wassup all,

Got my car back friday with Energy Suspension bushings. all I gotta say is wow! The car handles like it is on rails and I am amazed at the precision which the steering has taken. I need to get an allignment done (dropping car off today for that one) so it can only get better.

I wasn't able to speak with the engineer in charge of the operation but I sent him an e-mail asking for details on what they put on. I'm pretty sure it was their full package minus anything to do w/ manual trnany's (I'm auto).

The ride can be harsh at times but I think it is well worth the compromise, I'm not the type for luxury riding when on the road anyway, I I were I'd buy a luxury car....

I'd hit you all up with pics but kinda hard to do that since you wont be lookin at much.

If you have any questions www.energysuspension.com can help you out.

Do you have RSX sway bar or aftermarket rear sway bar?

Only sway bar system I have is the Neuspeed Front Upper bar. I plan to have the full kit-and cabootle though.

It should be around the same price as the New SI and RSX kit(s) they used basically the same systems.

That's a strut bar you have. I'm guessing you are still using the stock sway bars front and back nevermind. Not really interested in the sway bar bushings. Can we get the control arm bushings seperate?

You're talking about the RSX one right? Might want to AIM up Greg aka Hondawerx. I believe he carrries those sway bars

Hmmm do endlinks come with it? Or does it just stock ones? Maybe they have a non-adjustable sway bar then an adjustable one?

I talked to Greg when I was looking for racing wheels, he said the Hotchkes adjustible anti-roll bars that were on his swap car were prototypes. I dont know if/when they will be availible.

I dont think that it comes with any thing other then the bushings.

I have no insight as to when the parts will be available. Check with www.energysuspension.com and watch their new products listing. should be up there within the next two weeks. Since I don't work there I don't know.

Its listed...

Already.

2001-02 civic: front control arm bushing set: 16.3116
rear control arm bushing set: 16.3118

How hard is it to change the bushings? Do you need a press to take them out/ put them back in?

I'm going to see how much they charge for them.....
